Knicks’ Historic Run Continues
The Knicks are on a legendary run, and it’s getting harder to bet against them. They’ve won 12 straight and 8 straight on the road, with HoosierDaddyKid (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=159) noting, “One of the best runs in playoff history..I don’t know what Mike Brown did to this team, but it’s obviously working.” Josh Hart had 15 rebounds, and KAT and Brunson took over in their latest win.

Spurs’ Struggles Continue
The Spurs, on the other hand, are in trouble. SwisherPrice (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=254) thinks they matched up perfectly against OKC, but the Knicks are a different story. “Spurs are in trouble…just like how they matched up perfectly against OKC, the Knicks match up perfectly against them. I think NY could have planned the parade once they knew that they would not be facing OKC.”

Brunson’s Clutch Performance
Jalen Brunson is having a moment, folks. Chicagojk (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=404) loves guards/wings who are great rebounders and can grab a rebound and go or create opportunities on second-chance points. Brunson delivered in the clutch, and dirkfansince1998 (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=14) notes, “Brunson was struggling as well but he delivered in the clutch. Knicks should feel really good about this win.”

Ticket Prices Skyrocketing
The demand for Knicks tickets is high, and prices are reflecting that. HoosierDaddyKid (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=159) shared that according to a Ticketmaster listing, the lowest available resale tickets were listed at approximately $1,245 per seat as of Sunday. Ouch!
Mavs Fans React
Our own Scott41theMavs (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=97) brought some sanity to the discussion, but DallasMaverick (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=352) kept it real, saying, “It’s what we do on this board. Emotions rule!!”
As the series continues, one thing is for sure: the Knicks are on a roll, and the Spurs will need to bring their A-game to stay in it. Will the Spurs bounce back, or will the Knicks take a commanding 2-0 lead? Only time will tell.
The Knicks’ size up front could be a major factor in the series, with dirkfansince1998 (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=14) noting, “They have more length to throw at Wemby than OKC and can actually switch without giving up mismatches.”
“Ride that wave as long as possible.” - Chicagojk (https://www.mavsboard.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=404)
And with that, the Knicks are poised to keep their winning streak alive. Go Knicks, I guess… Mavs fans are still bitter about that one playoff loss.
